You receive an intention to refuse your Certificate of Good Conduct. That is not a final decision yet. Read why Justis is considering refusal and ask for help in a timely manner in preparing an opinion.
Check the date and deadline in the letter. Don't wait until you've gathered all the supporting documents before asking for advice. A request for information does not automatically extend the period.
Check whether the data used is correct and whether the status of a criminal case is up to date. Substantiate corrections with reliable documents. Your own summary does not always replace an official decision.
Link your response to the position and the objections mentioned. Describe relevant circumstances and developments in concrete terms. Just saying you need the job doesn't answer every part of the assessment.
Use documents that support your factual explanation. A letter of recommendation can help provide context, but does not replace the substantiation of incorrect data or concrete circumstances.
Save your opinion and the confirmation of receipt. Read the final decision again carefully. Objecting to a final refusal is another process step with its own instructions and deadlines.
